Terms of Service

DIRTING provides assistance and consulting around social platform accounts, automation and digital projects. It is an independent operation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, X, YouTube or any other platform.

All work is best-effort assistance. Platform decisions — including restrictions, verification, reinstatement and removals — are made solely by the platform.

No service guarantees a specific platform result. Any timeframe given is an estimate based on similar cases, not a commitment.

You agree to provide accurate information and to only submit details you are entitled to share. Passwords, two-factor codes, recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases and payment credentials are never requested and must never be sent.

Services may not be used to access accounts you do not own or control, to impersonate others, or for any unlawful purpose. Cases of this kind are declined, and may be declined after payment with the work not started.

Listed prices are starting points. Final pricing is confirmed after a case is reviewed and before work begins. Payment terms are agreed directly with the operator.

An order may be cancelled by either side before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation is handled under the refund policy.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. DIRTING is not liable for platform actions, lost revenue, or consequential damage arising from a platform's decision.

These terms may be updated. The version shown on this page applies to new orders.
