Only information genuinely needed to progress a case is collected.
1. What is collected
Contact details you choose to share (Telegram handle, email, optional name), the public handle or link of the account concerned, and the case description you submit.
2. What is never requested
Passwords, two-factor codes, recovery codes, backup codes, private keys, seed phrases and full payment credentials are never requested and should never be sent. If a message asks you for these, it is not from DIRTING.
3. Why it is collected
Solely to assess the case, carry out the requested work, and keep you updated on progress. Information is not sold, rented or used for advertising.
4. Sharing
Details may be included in submissions to the relevant platform where that is the point of the service. Nothing is shared with unrelated third parties.
5. Retention
Case material is kept only as long as needed to complete and support the order, and is removed on request unless it must be retained for a dispute.
6. Your control
You can ask what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time through the contact channels listed on the contact page.
